BOTCHED!

I don't know who to contact, but Evanza Meintjes performed the 123 tattoo free tattoo removal on me and caused me incredible pain. Both tattoos scarred badly and I have been in constant pain for 8 months now. I have tried to resolve this with Evanza, but she ignored my messages and ghosted me. Then someone from facebook contacted me and tried to assist me by putting me in touch with Mandy (an independent skin specialist). Many gave me a routine to follow, which I did and this morning, after 2 months of following this regime, I woke up to puss and sores around the one tattoo. When I phoned Mandy to discuss it and find a solution, she was aggressive, unhelpful and full of animosity, saying she's got nothing to do with 123 tattoo free. I appreciate this, but then why is she consulting for you if she can't help? She told me it's impossible for keloid scars to have puss, and yet here we are... What do I need to do to get the tattoos PROFESSIONALLY and PROPERLY removed?
