Feeling **********

On the 14 November I booked a water slide and some tables and chairs for Christmas. I received a quote for R715.00 and a booking confirmation. I had requested that they get delivered on Friday and collected on Monday as I wanted them for the weekend. Now I understand that Christmas falls on the Monday so I assumed that they would collect on the next working day. The day befor delivery I got an SMS from them saying that they would be delivering th next day and that I must please have R1245.00 in cash for her. When I queried the amount she said that its R980 from the start. When I said I dont understand she said, "You are getting the jumping castle from the 22nd Dec to 2nd Jan for R980. Now maybe I misunderstood her because I assumed that would be for my whole order. When they delivered the said it was R1245.00 When I called her and queried this she said the R980.00 did not include the tables and chairs! I am really feeling hard done by as this is almost double what I had budgeted for and I didnt need the stuff until the 2nd of January. Now not only do her have her stuff as my responsibility until the 2nd but I had to pay for the privilege! If I hadn't promised the grandchildren the water slide and did not need the extra chairs I would have refused to accept them at that price. One thing is certain I will not be supporting them again!
