Poor Service

we know that when we usually go to lenders to get loans, we are rather in tight situations.. I did not appreciate the way the lady from 123 cash loans, spoke to my HR.. my HR manager Miss Rozanne Fredericks tells me that a lady called to confirm employment, but started asking probing questions. you do get companies that don't have head offices, the company I work for is small and is a new company, and when I spoke to the lady again she tells me that she did confirm employment but she is not happy about it, what else is there, according to my HR she answered every question the lady asked. it is really unfair to be treated in this manner because we are desperate for a loan, it is really not nice and in humane
