Consumer Warning – My Experience with 122 Transport

I would like to share my recent experience with 122 Transport regarding a move from Kimberley to Polokwane.

After paying a deposit and receiving confirmation of our moving dates, the truck did not arrive as scheduled. We spent hours following up and were repeatedly told that the truck was on its way. After the service failed to materialise, we were persuaded to give the company a second chance due to the difficulty of finding another mover at such short notice.

Unfortunately, after paying the deposit again based on verbal assurances, the truck once more failed to arrive as promised.

The entire experience resulted in major disruption to our relocation plans, unnecessary stress, additional expenses, and a great deal of uncer*****y.

I encourage anyone looking for a moving company to do thorough research, obtain written confirmations for all arrangements, and keep records of all communication and payments.

I am currently pursuing the appropriate channels to have this matter resolved.
