Rude telephone equity

<p>I am calling MIBCO(Motor Industry Bargain Council) Port Elizabeth Eastern Cape Region on behalf of the company I work for tone enquire about the company's registration. </p> <p> </p> <p>All the women working at the switch board answering the fone with such rudeness,not even giving me a chance to enquire what I want to be helped with,called 5 times 1 even hang up on me saying it's not her problem am not getting help.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never experienced such unprofessional rudeness my entire life to top it all this is an emergency that needs to be attended before end of day.</p>
