bad attitude

Dear Peter<br> I am a resident from Mossel Bay in the West Cape with the idea of baying a Ford Bantam Bakkie from 121 Motors in Springs, with arrival at the shop the sales person approached me with a very stinky attitude with no personal Management skills, on the bakkie I noticed the head lights had a different lens collar and requested them to have it changed and it seems to have a small electrical problem, with all this I still app**** for the loan and was approved, with the promise that the small issues will be sorted so this morning when I went to discuss the sale it was noticed that the bakkie was not yet been repaired or send to the RWC, the attitude of the sales man went from bad to worst I mean me travelling from Cape to come and support the biasness' in Springs I think I deserve a bit better service, when I requested the owner of the shop details it was mentioned that he is out of town so My friend Peter I think this business stink <br> <br> Kind regards<br> <br> A unhappy chappy from Mossel Bay
