12 Decades Johannesburg Art Hotel

Had a horrible experience from the host... I'm from Durban and I booked the accommodation for two nights @ 12 Decades Johannesburg Art Hotel Maboneng.

We got there with my partner and from the reception we did not feel safe... The security or must I say the reception guy had no time to attend to us... We got to the room that was reserved for us number (205) the Door was broken and you just push it n walk in... THE DOOR COULD NOT LOCK WHEN YOU even INSIDE. when we reported this to the security guy... He just handed us the number to call the host.. Being surprised by that OK we called the Host... The manner he handled the situation was not so professional and all he said that he can't help us... We must just see what we must do... And explained to him that I booked the accommodation for me to be safe for reason... His response was he just told me that he can't do anything that is the only room that is available he can't give us another room or our money back.

I'm asking for my money back for two nights since i was inconveniensed and had to find another accommodation for those two night.. My budget was messed up by this.
