Very bad experience 😔 Disappointed ☹️

I called for an ambulance and I was told they don't have any ambulance and I must make means to get my uncle to hospital if I really cared about him. I drove to Mamelodi day hospital because it is the nearest to Nellmapius ext 6 and upon arrival we were told to go to Stanza Bopape and the doctor assigned the paramedic to give us a lift and she refused saying I must use my own car. We did not come with her so we must see ourselves through, very rude and I pleaded with her but still she refused and said she doesn't care if I report her or not as I would not be the first one to report her she is used to it. The attitude she gave me really showed that she doesn't care about patients and yet we trust these people with our lives Why are these kind of people at work if they don't love their job. People are unemployed and looking for jobs while the ones that have jobs are taking them for granted
