Useless emergency number and their agents

112 is the worst emergency services ever. You can actually hear from the calmness of the agents that they do not take emergencies serious. We called them for a serious issue. We had someone sick at home. Called them for them to tell us "oh, no ambulance is out yet, they are not available" what the hell? Not available.. How does it happen that an ambulance is not available. Very odd.. We call again for them to hang up our calls. What are they saying exatly by ending our calls. Are they saying we can die they dont care.. If they are human enough they should understand the term emergency. You all useless.
