Staff should be fired

This is the worst nr ever besides the fact that the put you through to the fire department but no one answers. I called numerous times on 2 June 2020 at 20:53pm. After a few times pres 1 for emergency who ever answered the phone that's supposed to put me to the fire department should be fired on the spot. If we didn't call a friend a few people could have been injured. Please anyone seeing this contact me ***. The person at emergency services answered and put the phone on side and eventually put it down about 3 times
