Sleeping/Not Listening Operators

This morning there was an accident on Ontdekkers Road, cnr Crane Street - Horison Park at appx 05:00. A vehicle collided into the barrier and flipped over. <br> I called 112 immediately after the accident, as we woke up instantly. We live right accross from where it happened. I asked for ambulances, was put through and the lady that answered sounded fast asleep! She couldn't understand my spelling of the word \Crane"even after I spelled it C for Charlie"
