PATHETIC

The lady who was helping me was very rude and impatient for her line of work. I'm telling her I have crisis and it's been 2 hours since my first call and all she says is...wena you just called not so long ago, not knowing that was my follow up and I call at 21:47. That was my first call. For someone who deals with emergency calls, she is pathetic and should be dealt with.
