Never Arrived for 5 hours

I called the for a ambulance at 06:59AM requesting for my ****her that has stage 4 cancer and was having a fit at the time. I was told that i would have to wait until 8:30AM as they were changing shifts. Bare in mind i explained to the consultant all the details of my dad. I just received a call from a number ********** asking me if im still with the patient and went i asked as to why there hasnt been an anbulance sent out the guy could not respond. Its been almost 5 hours later and still no ambulance sent out. When i asked why they could not answer and just asked if i am still with patient and ho he is doing

what if my dad never came out of the fit? What if something worse happend worst Service ever!!!!!
