Emergency Healthcare is useless in SA

I have been on the phone trying to get an ambulance for 1hour and 34 minutes and 26 seconds and I still haven't gotten any help from anyone the man that I was calling was in a state his hand were cut and bleeding badly and he fell and hit is head very hard when I got a hold of them they put the phone down I am very tired of trying to call emergency services .
