I spoke to a lady by the name of Dineo Napo from Gauteng emergency services, it was a struggle for her to confirm her full names. We have been waiting for like hour and half for an ambulance, instead of her assisting she decided to hung up the phone. This was the second consultant to hung up on us. Government employees have a stinking attitude, they feel entitled when it comes to providing their services.
