Wish I could rate this contact centre a zero, from the onset of the call the idiot had no way of speaking, the call I made was on the 29th of May 2021 at 18:46pm. I needed police intervention because of my 15 year old daughter who wanted to walk out of the house, the only reason I called them was because I did not want to raise my hands due to the rules of the law. The idiot that answered my call was really unprofessional and showed no empathy with the situation I had at hand. Scew BEE and get competent people to operate in your contact centre, you truly are a disgrace!!!
