112 Ambulance service very poor.

There was a life threatening car accident we witnessed on our road. I called 112 and asked to be transferred to the ambulance service. Lady was rude and asked where I am calling from I answered and she just hung up. Tried calling again and they wouldn't answer the phone. Who holds such people to account. The lives of citizens could be hanging in the balance while they play silly games.
