Terrible service!

<p>At 11 AM we ordered 2 large pizzas from 1+1 pizza Edenvale. We were told that delivers only started at 11:30 which we were fine with, granted we are only about 3 blocks away from the store. Eventually at 12PM we phoned again only to be told our pizzas would be delivered in 15 minutes. Eventually at 12:30PM we phoned again as it still had not been delivered. The lady said she would call the driver and let us know ASAP. Only at 12:45PM did she get back to us, only to inform us that it would take another half an hour before it would be delivered to us due to the driver apparently running out of petrol. One would think that placing the order so early, it would go out with the first delivery run? Additionally, the pizzas would be ice cold by the time they would get to us. I suggest that this be looked at, as well as some staff training on how to speak to a customer over the phone, as there was etiquette lacking with the lady whom we spoke to. Appalling! </p>
