Horrific delivery times

Every single time that we place an order with 1+1 Pizza, the order takes over an hour to be delivered. The shop is within 5km from our offices, but yet they can't deliver within a reasonable timeframe. Each time you call for a progress report, the excuse is that their (ONLY) driver has gone out on another delivery. Get an additional driver, or start losing customers...
