10X two pots

Good afternoon. Hope this message finds you well. I am writing in regards to my two pots money which I app**** on the 4th of September with 10X. They had promised to pay out the money within 7 days but still no response from them. I have tried calling them but couldn’t reach them to find out what is the delay because everything was successfully. My concern is that people who app**** long after me have received their funds with no hick ups. I am very much disappointed with the level of service 10X is giving.Please assist.
