10Bs Connectionhouse Poor Service
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at 10Bs Connectionhouse on 23 January 2026.. I expected a level of professionalism and care that was unfortunately not met during my recent experience. I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention in hopes of ensuring that future customers do not encounter similar problems. I requested low fogger smoke machines to cover a walkway of 25 meters. I was informed that the machine they can supply covers 10 to 15 meters and based on that I ordered and paid for 2 machines. My plan was to use the machines on both ends of the walkway. On the day of the event I opened the case and realised that I was supp**** with 2 different machines. A mini machine and a large machine (10-15meter spec). I powered the machines up as instructed about 2 hours before the event and to my disgust the large machine would not power up. I called 10B's Connection and they despatched a technician who confirmed that there was a problem with the machine but he could not repair it. This was 20 minutes before my event was about to start. I tried the smaller machine and at best it could only smoke about 3 to 4 meters. The bride unfortunately did not have any smoke as she walked in and the client refused to pay me for the hire. I raised it with 10Bs and they are adamant that the small machine would have worked and only refunded half my cost as they are of the opinion that all smoke machines are hired at the same price. Please stay away from these amateurs as they do not know what "service" in the service industry is.
