Withdrawal problem that won't be fixed

I have been logging calls for the week regarding my withdrawal with no help at all, am being taken from pillar to post and am now sick n tired of their unprofessionalism and their dragging of feet to help out, i mean its their system what is it that's so hard to fix 1s problem.

They never reply to email when you send them, and the chat room never helps, am so disappointed and flabbergasted with the experience i get from 10bet
