Withdrawal issues
I'm not sure how to rate 10bet at the moment. I've never had issues with money withdrawal before but I'm currently unable to withdrawal that I've just won.They keep on saying my account is not verified yet I've withdrawn money before on the same account. When I try to do the verification on my account it says " account is verified " yet when I go back to withdrawal it days the same thing " account is not verified ". I found it disappointing that I couldn't get any help from the customer care number that I phoned.I hope someone will help me eventually as I've sent them an email about my problem
