Unfair bet settlement

Sunday 22 October, I placed a bet of 10 teams which was paying out 5400,no cash out was offered whatsoever, I sent them an email to find out what was going to happen to my ticket since the last match was suspended, still no explanation, 6 hours after the match was suspended, I received a payout of 2800, still no explanation, no payout offer, in other words,, 9 resulted teams gave me 2800 and I lost 2600 because of unresulted team, Is it fair? Well I asked how they came up with 2800 figure and what does their rules and regulations say about suspended matches, how long should I wait for the ticket to be resulted after suspension? In my case, it was only 6 hours. I need closure and fairness
