promotions joke

please be weary of the promotions that is offered by 10bet. after adhering to their requirements i was told after almost 11 hours of waiting for an outcome that i did not qualify because i did not opt in for the one and i did not have transactions for the one day. i challenged this as i had clear evidence taken from their own website. interestingly through the chat with the agent i discovered through the agents own words that i was actually a VIP Member. confused i questioned this and after a long pause the agent apologized. i dug further into this and i believe i am and entitled to a referral bonus and some kind of revenue based on my referrals spend. i requested a call from management and was promised that Shaun would contact me in a few minutes. that was on 4 November. really and truly disappointed and more so shocked with the obvious modus.
