Poor customer service

Customer service if I could would get a zero. I have an unresolved technical issue going on for over 4 months with one slot game and no one seemingly wants to help....I have chatted with multiple agents online , phone call & emails....apparently it as been escalated but no one ever comes back with feedback....on top of that free spins i have accumulated have been expired even though of no fault of mine...so yeah so much for customer service
