Poor 10BET!!!!

Worst experience with a betting company for the past month. Every single time I deposit via a games promotion I don't get my cashback because some sports bonus activates itself. For weeks now I have had to chase my correct promotion but no one does anything to prevent it. Last night I made a deposit did not get my % back after speaking to numerous agents one finally credited my account with my percentage back but then immediately canceled it! Poor pathetic service from 10bet I been a loyal customer but I am disgusted.
