Could be a 5 stars but there is room for improvement. 1)My Account manager Asante is great but she does sometimes takes hours/days to get back to me when I need assistance. Still appreciate her service but my the delay in reply is sometimes frustrating. 2)The Lag in your games are starting to become annoying now, will play with turbo spins on but the spins are slower than a normal spin.
