Fica

I am not happy with 10bet it's been a week now trying to upload my Fica documents and all I get is a text that I will recieve an sms within a few hours with an update but still nothing. I sent an email to their support with my documents still no response. It is frustrating because I am trying to make a withdrawal. Also I've tried the chat option on their website it's none responsive on my end.
