Customer First done properly

I have been extremely impressed with 10bet, not only is their platform, loyalty programme and game selection considerably better than the local competition - what stands out to me is their customer service and liasons! I have never met people that are willing to listen to you, ready to support and assist immediately. I would like to specifically call out SHANE - what a hero. Shane is available for all requests and responds immediately. He treats me like a friend and is extremely professional and welcoming. Excellent people and customer first service are what really makes a company succeed. Hire more Shane's... haha. Thanks, happy customer :)
