What has stood out to me most is how genuinely valued and appreciated VIP account holders are treated. The level of care and personal attention from the team is exceptional. I was awarded VIP tickets to the Rugby match this past weekend, Got an opportunity to rub shoulders with legends , a day well spent.
Most importantly i have the BEST Account Manager , hes name is PETER , communication is warm, professional, and reassuring, and PETER consistently goes the extra mile to make sure everything is handled properly. It’s rare to experience customer service where you can truly feel that people care about your experience. Im never leaving 10Bet , its my home.
I’m sincerely grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and attention I’ve received. The VIP support team deserves recognition for creating such a positive customer experience
