Poor Customer Service – No Help With Date Change

I booked 104 Hideaway Studio in Cape Town but cannot travel due to the current political conflict preventing me from leaving Abu Dhabi. I contacted the property in advance and requested a simple change of dates. Instead of assisting, they have been stalling and not providing a clear solution. I didn’t ask for a refund — only to move the booking to a later date due to circumstances completely outside my control. Very disappointing customer service and lack of flexibility.
