1021 Media and Design goes MIA with Deposit Money

We paid a 70% deposit to 1021 Media and Design on 05 September 2018 and have yet to receive any deliverables in terms of their quotation being 1. Small Corporate Identity 2. Website Layout and Design along with social media and google map integration. I have send several emails to Zanfer Grobler the MD of 1021 Media and Design without any response. I have called him on his mobile and landline both which simply go to voice mail. I have sent normal text messages along with WhatsApp messages. I have also sent a form via their "Contact Us" page on their website all without any feedback. I even went to the physical address listed as their offices in Centurion only to be told that he has not lived there for a number of years. I eventually tracked down his ex wife and I'm hoping she can shed some light on his whereabouts but for now he is MIA with my money. I would highly recommend that you do your homework before paying over any money. Most companies ask for a deposit payment and I suppose for them it's a way to ensure that they receive most of their money for their time spent should you not pay the balance but then you won't receive the artwork if you do not settle your account in full with them. If I could give 1021 Media and Design a NEGATIVE rating I would. let's hope zander does the honourable thing and returns my money.
