Good service, just there loading time frame must be improved

Just moved my parents from Westville (KZN) to Picketberg (Western Cape) 11 July 2024 using Xpress Trucking Durban warehouse. It was such an easy, seamless process from the start. Quote received promptly (quite a bit cheaper than others). Joe (the driver and supervisor) and his team came on the day and loaded everything (4 bed house) within 4 hrs but took longer than what they said. Everything was handled with care and wrapped professionally where necessary. Items arrived on the agreed day and off loaded. Nothing damaged, nothing lost. I still can't can't believe how smoothly everything went except for the extra hour upon loading.
