don't rent a house in cambridge mews

I have rented a house in cambridge mews so I asked the own does he have a bigger house that he rents out so he said yes ,he has a house and we can move to there and our deposit will be transfer so we move there after 3 month the care take from cambridge mews phone use and said why aren't we out we got a notice but didn't listen and we never got a notice its alraedy a problem you have to phone for a account to pay your rent and I already paid for the month so the we moved out of the house and we are struggeling for 2 months to get our deposit back and if we phone the own he said he will get a protection order against use because we keep on phoning him. What he doesn't think is give our money and we stop phoning
