Unwilling to refund double payment

This is an online party hire company in Fourways. We hired glasses for our AGM. We paid them twice by mistake. Have given them all the proof and have requested a refund for the double payment. This however is still not settled, almost 8 months. All correspondence is online, although a cellno is quoted. Recommend not to use them as they cannot be trusted.
