I received my payout after 5 hours

I'm not happy with how long the payout took, when you have stated 1 hour, yet I received my money after 5 hours and the support options at https://100x.africa/Support.html are quite limited, I prefer a live chat, even though whatsapp is exactly that but an on-site live chat would be nice. Cool betting game though.
