<p>This is a warning notification to any person(s) looking to rent at 10 Kismet Crescent, Allandale </p> <p><br />I have had bad experiences staying there and would like to warn anyone interested in renting there. Complaints about the landlord abusing the rights of tenants, include:</p> <p>- Violation of privacy (peeps through the window whilst you are in the shower), (walks up and down passed your door the whole day despite the fact that they have their own entrance and exit)</p> <p>- ************** against tenant's guests (Speaks rudely to guests)</p> <p>- Inquisitive, Nosy and Intrusive (knocks on your windows while you have visitors over; complains about the times you bath)</p> <p>- Makes false accusations without proof</p> <p> <br />The landlord Mrs P Chetty has issues with everything, is bossy and has complete disregard for peoples' privacy and the rights of tenants. She literally does not want anyone in the house during the day, whether it be your **** who is cleaning up the place or if you yourself are off sick or have taken leave during a weekday, the landlord will enquire why the water was being used when she hears the geyser making noise.</p> <p><br />*** Most importantly, once the tenant is unable to tolerate the living circumstances any longer and decides to find a new place, Mrs Chetty will not refund your deposit***</p> <p> <br />Please pass this warning onto friends and family or people you know who may be interested in renting this place. If you a looking be imprisoned then this is the place for you.</p>
