worst online sales/marketing ever.

I purchased 3 items from these guys, the first was missing an attachment (a car vacuum), the second doesn't switch on(5mtr multi colour LED strip with remote)...an the third a 10m fairy light which is also not switching on. They are the worst online store I have ever dealt with.....their customer care is ......I must pay for delivery back to them...what BS that is. Takealot never gave me grief like this.
