Bad Service; NO SERVICE; TOOK MONEY AND RAN; LACK OF COMMUNICATION; NO DECENCY; BUNCH OF ***ARDS... At the Homemakers expo 2017 I purchased a Forest Mural for delivery, as they were out of stock. Alan told me it would take a few weeks and then the courier would deliver to my selected address. I managed to get a hold of Alan, who said he was having issues with his suppliers and he will contact me. 2 Months later after emails and phone calls (numbers are NEVER available) I then sent him an email with my bank details and for him to do a refund. He responded "Ok" A year down the line, and I cannot get hold of him or "Ryan", don't have my refund OR my mural. Is it really so much effort to respond to a message?????? ***
