Bad service
1 voucher is very useless even when you call one voucher support they literally help you with nothing one voucher is a **** I've send a payment to someone and typed 1 number wrong called one voucher to cancel the transaction since they don't have such a option on their app and the told me sorry they can't help imagine I have the payment ref cell number and other references and the person name and surname and still refused to assist I would not recommend it to anyone

1 voucher is a ****mer, on the 10th of July I deposited an amount of R80, after that I sent that R80 in my other account. Till today I have not received my money. I have been trying to contact with them Consultants have been telling me the issue has been escalated😞. But when I tried to remind them about my issue, one of their consultant told me that "no transactions have been done between the two accounts.
