Customer is King

I had a problem with a pair of Nike golf shoes. Initially I got hold of the wrong branch of Nike and received no response at all apart from a computer generated reply citing a ref. number and the 'problem will be attended to.' it never was. Then I made enquiries and found the correct supplier of this product and chanced upon Mark Tovey of 1 Up Golf. What a revelation this was. His response was immediate, he took my query/complaint seriously and within ten days, the issue had been attended to and resolved. The result and very happy and impressed customer, not to mention enhanced loyalty to a fine brand (Nike). Well done Mark and your team.
