Worst experience with nedbank

I recently open a new account with nedbank and move my salary there. On the 25th April 2017 after my salary was deposited in to my new nedbank account, an amount of R2258.40 was debited and when i printedba statement it said Forex(rands)and when I ask nedbank,they said in 2005 I had a loan with them of which no correspondence was done to inform me and I wanted them to refund me my money they refused... I'm disgusted and will never used nedbank again as I have been send from pillar to post with these matter...
