Theft

The storeowner canceled my card transaction and insisted that I pay twice. Told me to produce my bank statements, and thereafter would refund me if I was debited twice. I was debited twice, with NO REVERSAL on my FNB statement. He now refuses to pay me back. To make matters worse, this is the second time he has done this to me. He is effectively *****ing from people using this method. He will not produce any formal evidence that the money was not received. Be careful of this shop.
