1 Stop Pools - Never Use Them

Paid 1 Stop Pools upfront for work to be done (mistake). The only time Brandon Lee Ford kept a commitment was the first meeting to investigate the work to be done for quotation purposes. Numerous missed commitments and broken promises later I did the work myself. They seem to have an excuse for everything - one of their vans was in an accident - Brandon Lee Ford left his phone at home - etc . They should just say we are \Fly By Nights"and will take your money and never deliver. Neither Brandon Lee Ford or his girlfriend / admin assistant Cathy Long respond to calls"
