False advertising

<p>Important!!!One Stop Party Shop Umhlanga.....PLEASE BE AWARE of purchases being made at this store. I've been there yesterday and purchased party packets which were advertised as 10s for R15.00. Came home last night and half way through doing da packing realised that there were only 6 packets in each pack. I contacted the store this morning informing them of this, the guy first tried to blame his staff saying they will be reprimanded for not informing me...then tried blaming me saying I should have enquired at the counter when paying or I should have counted each packet when opening it. Really now...what's da purpose of shelf price if it's not correct...and I mean who counts each pack of party packets when opening it, when it clearly reflected the quantity when purchasing. Maybe I should have counted..but still after informing him that I should be reimbursed with the missing packets, he took no responsibility for his shop or their false pricing, instead he refused and had the cheek to say I can come in to collect more packets but will have to pay...definitely disappointed by the poor services.</p>
