POOR & DANGEROUS WORKMANSHIP

I purchased my Audi form a car salesman affiliated with this garage, and so naturally I went back to this garage for any problems that arose in the months after the purchase. A few months after I bought the car, I dropped my car at Alterior Automotive to inspect a noise on the wheel.<br> <br> I picked up the car after a few days to discover they had not properly identified the problem and advised me to drive on the noisy wheel until something was obviously broken. This was not ideal, but I agreed to take the car away, as I got the sense that identifying the problem was beyond their skills.<br> <br> When I drove the car out the workshop, I noticed an alarming clunking noise. It was only when I got on the freeway that the noise became really loud and vigorous. I immediately turned the car around, and went back to the workshop to discover that they HAD NOT TIGHTENED THE BOLTS ON MY WHEELS. And the knocking noise was the sound of my wheels rocking back and forth freely on the axle.<br> <br> This was only the first of three terrible interactions with this workshop. Stay clear of Alterior Automotive!
