IMMACULATE.......... BULL****
<p>I reponded to a ad on gumtree for a Nissan 350z in IMMACULATE condition. The contact person was Paul ( ********** 479). I contacted him, he is no yougster, and made the terrible mistake of tking his word for he confirmed that this car was indeed in an immaculate condition. I am more than 500 km from Cape Town, so I paid a holding deposit. When I got there I was shocked to see the condition of this vehicle. The faults include the following; nose and lower front panel covered in stone chips, faded patches on front ligt lenses, lots of panel clips missing under bonnet, black brake and power steering fluid indicating bad or no maintenance, air vent in driver side door broken, varnish covering on steering wheel spokes coming of, bad staines on roof lining, badly scratched interior door handles - respraid without first filling scrathes and sanding, badly scrathed center console, iregular fitted meters on center of dash, shattered driver side vanity mirror, letters glued to tyres coming loose, wheather strip on rear window at the left top dislocated, knocking soud coming from the rear when driving, IMMACULATE = BULL****. And now they dont want to refund my R5000 deposit. I will discuss this whole affair with RMI and consumer protection, but in the mean time.... be afraid, be very afraid ......</p>
To all viewers: I have been in contact with Mr Nick Harris, the owner of 1 Stop Auto house. He has been helpfull, and willing to negotiate a partial return of my deposit. I agreed with him to publish the final outcome, but changed my star rating to 3 in the mean time, in the light of his willingness to help me.

These days it is difficult to find a car dealer that is willing to view a problem such as mine from the clients perspective AND then
come to his aid the way 1 Stop Auto house owner did.
I can recommend 1 Stop Auto house to prospective buyers .
