Bad service

Hi please re-think if you considering taking your car to 1Stop Auto Repairs Centre on 103 Terrace road in Edenvale , these people have charged me for work they never done on my motor vehicle. They claimed to have done my head and my block on my car , but when I paid them and collected my car I found old oil old plugs old oil filter old air filter still in my car, they are now refusing to show any proof that they did do it there technician that they outsourced job too is not pitching up to explain what actually happened. I waited for 3 hrs at there premises he did not come.They claim they have footage of head and block being removed but they not showing it too me ,they use there letter head to do quotations then outsource work and don't take any responsibility. My car is now standing by them after I paid them full money, and they don't have care of resolving the problem and providing any evidence. They deal with companies like momentum insurance yet this is how they treat customers.
