Disappointing service

I had such a disappointing experience with one of 1 Property’s Real Estate Agents by the name of Noks Mbina. We had a viewing scheduled for a place I'm interested in renting. The day before the viewing Noks sends a WhatsApp message to confirm if I was still available, to which I reply that I was still available and should anything unexpected come up, I would let her know in time. The day of the viewing when I was 5minutes away from the location a WhatsApp massage comes in from Noks saying that “my silence means I am no longer to make it to the viewing and we can reschedule for the following”. To my surprise I immediately give her a call letting her know that I’m on my way as confirmed the day before, that I’m still available. This lady then goes off on me, saying that she sent me another WhatsApp massage to o confirm if I was still available. I let her know that I did not see that WhatsApp massage, when I confirmed the day before, I thought we were good. She then rudely tells me that she confirms the day before and on the actual day because she doesn’t want to take an uber and travel all the way to the location and I don’t pitch. At that point I’m also getting frustrated because of the tone she is using when speaking to me and also the fact that I was 5minutes from the location. She then tells me that well I’m gonna have to wait for her coz she still needs to find an uber. I then dropped the call, phoned my husband to ask him to tell her to cancel. My frustration is that, as a professional person why are you only relying on communication via WhatsApp. Also she would have seen that I did not read her second confirmation massage because I did not see it as I was on the road, I only saw the massage to cancel before I had my data on because I was using GPS to get to the location. I am utterly disappointed in the way she spoke to me.
